ESI Engineering is a Minnesota-based consulting engineering firm providing services in design of special structures, structural dynamics, vibration and noise control, and vibration monitoring.  Since 1970 we have served the A/E industry, industrial clients, and building owners requiring expertise in these areas.

ESI's philosophy is embodied in our 40-year history.  We started in structural analysis and still identify strongly with the structural engineering community.  We are now diversified in other areas; design of special structures, vibration and noise control and monitoring.  We can offer our clients integrated services in several areas critical to success on A/E projects.

Our staff are degreed engineers with backgrounds in architectural, industrial, structural and mechanical engineering.  We are a professional firm and have membership in various professional organizations, including ACEC, ACI, AISC, ASA, ASHRAE, and ASME.   

We have collected vibration and noise data on hundreds of projects. We are first and foremost engineers. Experience is our guide, but we do not rely on experience alone. Designs and recommendations are based on rigorous analysis as well as real-world data. Our customers come to us to address a wide variety of challenges, and we approach each project as a unique opportunity to provide value. We enjoy challenges and take pride in solving difficult problems.
